Partnerships Manager

Job description

Mayflower is a technology company building large-scale entertainment products for a global audience. Our platforms serve millions of users worldwide and rank among the top-50 most visited websites globally. For more than 10 years, we've been creating reliable, high-performance solutions at the intersection of product, engineering, and entertainment.

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and grow partnerships for Mayflower across technology, hardware, marketing, and content.

You’ll manage the full partnership lifecycle: find opportunities, assess their business potential, negotiate terms, work with internal teams to launch them, and measure results. You’ll also support existing partners and find ways to grow these relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage existing relationships: Be the main contact for partners. Stay in touch, resolve issues, review results, and find opportunities to expand cooperation.

  • Find new partners: Research relevant companies and find opportunities. Prioritize them based on business value, fit with our brand and goals, and the effort needed to launch.

  • Build business cases: Estimate potential revenue, costs, resource needs, and return on investment. Explain the expected impact on business metrics and the assumptions behind your estimates.

  • Negotiate and formalize agreements: Agree on scope, commercial terms, responsibilities, timelines, and success metrics. Work with Legal and other teams to document these agreements.

  • Run deep research: Find technology and hardware partners based on product needs, comparing their capabilities, costs, and integration requirements. Ensure that we find the best fit.

  • Drive implementation: Turn agreements into clear launch plans with owners, deadlines, and dependencies. Work with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and other teams to launch partnerships and keep them running.

  • Coordinate joint marketing if needed: Work with partners and the Brand Marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and launches. Set clear goals and agree on how results will be measured.

  • Improve partnership performance: Compare results with expectations. Recommend when to expand, adjust, renew, or end a partnership.

Job requirements

You will thrive if you have…

  • 4+ years of experience managing the full partnership lifecycle.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills. You can work through disagreements and reach clear decisions with partners and internal teams.

  • Ability to manage several partnerships independently, set priorities, and follow through on details.

  • Experience in business development, including finding new partners and managing existing relationships.

  • A track record of taking partnerships from initial discussions through negotiation, launch, and performance review.

  • Strong analytical skills: you can build a business case, assess commercial terms, and estimate the impact on business metrics.

  • Experience delivering projects with product, engineering, and marketing teams. You can turn an opportunity into clear requirements and coordinate the work needed to launch it.

  • Strong written and spoken English.

    Nice to have

  • Practical experience in marketing, including brand marketing, communications, or user acquisition.

  • Experience in product management, product operations, or product integrations.

  • Experience working with technology companies, hardware manufacturers, or content providers.

  • A basic understanding of APIs and integrations, enough to discuss requirements with technical teams.

  • Experience with joint campaigns, affiliate partnerships, or revenue-sharing agreements.

  • Experience reviewing partners for policy compliance and business risks.

  • An existing network of contacts in relevant industries.
