HR People Partner
Job description
Mayflower is an international technology company behind products used by millions of people worldwide. For more than 10 years, we've been growing profitable global businesses, bringing together talented professionals across technology, product, marketing, and operations.
We are seeking an experienced HR People Partner to join our passionate team.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing hands-on support across a wide range of people-related matters.
Build strong relationships across the company and maintain a good understanding of employee experience, team dynamics, and emerging people needs.
Partner with managers on performance, development, employee relations, organizational changes, and complex individual cases.
Own and continuously improve key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and probation to development, internal moves, and offboarding.
Review and adapt existing HR practices to better fit the company’s evolving needs, culture, and ways of working.
Identify gaps and proactively design and implement new HR practices, policies, and solutions where needed.
Use employee feedback and people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Help build a scalable and effective People function that evolves together with the business.
Take ownership of HR processes, policies, and benefits currently provided at group level, assess their fit for company, and adapt, replace, or redesign them where needed as the company evolves.
Own and evolve employee benefits and related People programs, evaluating their effectiveness, employee value, cost, and fit with the company’s needs.
Balance employee needs with business priorities, applying sound judgment and ensuring People decisions are practical, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and culture.
Ensure HR practices and policies remain compliant with applicable employment requirements, working with internal or external legal and operational partners where necessary.
Job requirements
You’ll thrive here if you have
5+ years of broad HR experience in a People Partner, HRBP, or Senior HR Generalist role, ideally within a technology, fintech, or other fast-paced environment.

Proven experience independently owning and improving HR processes, not only supporting their execution.
Ability to assess existing practices, identify what needs to change, and drive improvements from idea through implementation.
Strong employee relations experience and confidence handling complex or sensitive individual cases.
Comfortable being a visible and approachable HR presence for employees while partnering effectively with senior managers.
Strong ownership, judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in an evolving environment where processes and ways of working are still being developed.
Experience building, transforming, or localizing HR practices would be a strong advantage.
Fluent English. Russian is a plus.
