Job Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate DevOps Engineers across teams and projects;
Organize team operations and improve internal processes and delivery efficiency;
Lead planning sessions, retrospectives, technical discussions, and 1-on-1 meetings;
Manage team priorities, workloads, and technical direction;
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployments, development environments, and operational tooling;
Promote infrastructure automation, standardization, and DevOps best practices;
Ensure reliable and high-quality infrastructure support for development teams;
Support monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and reliability improvements;
Drive collaboration between software developers and infrastructure engineers;
Support hiring, mentoring, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
Job requirements
You’ll thrive here if you have
7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure;
3+ years of experience leading or managing an engineering team;
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release automation;
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes;
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools;
Strong knowledge of monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and system reliability;
Proven ability to manage priorities and workloads across multiple projects;
Good understanding of infrastructure security, networking, scalability, and operational best practices;
Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills;
Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and decision-making abilities.
