
Barista Supervisor

We’re now looking for a proactive and organised Barista Supervisor to lead our office bar and barista team. If you’re ready to take the next step, lead a team and help us make the bar experience even better, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
Managing daily bar operations and the barista team
Following all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures
Preparing schedules and arranging replacements when needed
Managing orders, stock control and equipment maintenance
Monitoring team KPIs and approving annual leave
Keeping reports and the POS system up to date
Improving processes and suggesting new ideas
Solving issues proactively and keeping operations running smoothly
Job requirements

Flexible, proactive and solution-oriented
Confident taking ownership and supporting a team
Languages: English required. Greek and/or Russian is a plus.
