We’re now looking for a proactive and organised Barista Supervisor to lead our office bar and barista team. If you’re ready to take the next step, lead a team and help us make the bar experience even better, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing daily bar operations and the barista team

  • Following all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures

  • Preparing schedules and arranging replacements when needed

  • Managing orders, stock control and equipment maintenance

  • Monitoring team KPIs and approving annual leave

  • Keeping reports and the POS system up to date

  • Improving processes and suggesting new ideas

  • Solving issues proactively and keeping operations running smoothly

Job requirements

  • Confident taking ownership and supporting a team

  • Languages: English required. Greek and/or Russian is a plus.
